This just doesn’t happen - We volunteer our time on a regular basis to train, to be ready for the call. In addition, there are new state standards which assure continued education for all firefighters and EMS personnel. Normal training is on the fourth Wednesday night of each month. Quarterly training is on Saturday for 8 hours. In addition to this training we hold a Firefighters Association meeting on the second Wednesday night of each month.
